Just like the title says, this is the Exedy Bearing Cage and Retainer Ring. Because this one time when you were working on your Evo, like totally by yourself, trying to get that pig of a transmission back in the car you might have knocked or damaged the retaining clip with the input shaft. 

That said, this is a replacement part for the Mitsubishi Evolution 8-9 series of Exedy clutches.
