If you’re looking for a simple way of improving your overall driving experience, then you may want to consider the Cobb Tuning Adjustable Short Throw Shifter. This particular short throw shifter is adjustable throw wise, as well as height wise. With the knob height, you can adjust it from 1” higher than stock, to 1“lower than stock.

As far as the throw, expect from 10% longer, to 25% shorter after altering the trim ring. The Cobb Tuning Short Throw Shifter is crafted from CNC machined 6061 aluminum, and the shift knob height, as well as the throw are independently adjustable, and can be adjusted with the shifter still installed in the car.

This short throw shifter is compatible with factory shift knobs, as well as aftermarket shift knobs. Included in this shift kit are the shifter, side bushings, and shifter tool. Please note that the included bushings are for use on late model 2007 cars, and all 08+ STIs.
