This adapter will allow you to mount the Aluminati Coolant Expansion Tank on your Process West or Cosworth intake manifold.

For mounting to Process West. Remove 2 (M6) center screws holding manifold flange to TGV. Add 2 (M6) 35mm long screws to adapter with relief in adapter facing manifold. Bolt adapter to manifold flange and add tank. Note due to the tight clearances you may be required to relieve the adapter slightly. If desired you can use the instructions below for the Cosworth on the Process West for more clearance.

For mounting to Cosworth. Remove 2 (M8) center screws holding TGV to head. Add plate reusing 2 (M8) screws to TGV. Add (2) M6 16mm long screws to adapter with relief in adapter facing manifold. Bolt adapter to plate and add tank. Note due to the tight clearances you may be required to relieve the adapter slightly.
